What happened to premium saltines crackers
to whom it may concern: My name is David White, I have 3 degrees, a BM in music from Cincinnati's College Conservatory of music at Cincinnati, a pharmacy degree from Cincinnati and a MS in market research from Wisconsin-Madison. Over the last 15 years, I have purchased 3 boxes of saltines every 2 weeks...but over the last 3 months, the quality has been very poor from crackers that break apart when you touch them to crackers that are so heavy and thick that I just throw them away.
I have catalogues the lot numbers for the bad crackers: 02MAY18AX27D 02MAY18AX27D 02MAY18AX27D These three boxes contained crackers that were very thick and heavy with a terrible taste and consistency These boxes were very good, light airy, great taste, a little brown, but I like the ones that are a little brown on the top: 16APR18AX17B 24Mar18AX37D I hope that you will straighten this problem out soon Sincerely, David White 2419 Fairview Ave. #1 Cincinnati, Ohio 45219
Preferred solution: send me $44 of good tasting premium saltine crackers
Ritz bits cheese half only crackers

Verified Reviewer60oz of stale nilla wafers
2 packs of 2 bags totalling 60oz of nilla wafers, with Oct 2024 expiration, completely stale(from "bulk store"). Ive been telling the wife to stop buying them, as all Nabisco products have been getting worse and worse over the years, but she knows I USED to like them, so she thinks she's doing a nice thing.
I think, with this waste of money, I'll finally be able to convince her to stop purchasing Nabisco products of any kind, as the price keeps rising and the quality has bottomed out. Thanks for reading.
- Expensive
- Poor quality
Preferred solution: Increase quality. Stop peddling garbage.
User's recommendation: If you like expensive, sub par food, please feel free to keep purchasing

Verified ReviewerCookies going soft
I am what you would call a cookie connoisseur. I have cookies and milk every night before I go to bed.
Mind you, I'm 44 years old. With that being said, I bought a freaking $6 bag of Nutter Butters and there is no way to seal the bag.
A lot of other Nabisco products have the self-sealing bags. A $6 bag of cookies is now soft and nasty, two days after buying them.
- Great cookies
- Certain products you dont have a way to reseal
Preferred solution: I mean, if the prices are so high on just a bag of cookies, you'd think that you would seal them like all of your other brands.

Verified ReviewerPaid $12.99 for damaged and expensive product not worth it.
I purchased the Nabisco 40 pack variety for $12.99 at Costco and the bags were out of air and some seals were opened.
I will not waste my money on this product ever again.

Verified ReviewerUnkown object in cookie container
On Monday June 24th 2024. I went to Geisslers supermarket in Agawam, Mass.
I bought my 2 year old granddaughter a Go - Packs Mini Chip Ahoy cookies. When we got near the bottom of the container a small brown object was at the bottom underneath the crumbs. Thankfully she did not get it into her mouth for disaster would have happened. If I was not observant and not paid attention, that possibly could have gotten lodge in her throat.
I am upset that this object went undetected in the quality control of the manufacturing process.
I am enclosing 3 photos. The hard object is the last photo.

Verified Buyer | Muncie, IndianaThe customer service handled my call expediently and to my satisfaction.
I called to see if there was a way to determine the expiration date on some saltine crackers that I purchased. It wasnt printed anywhere on the package.
Since she wasnt able to give me a date, she is going to send me a coupon for another product.
This was much more than I expected. I am very appreciative of her service.

Verified ReviewerPoor Quality
I have been a satisfied customer of Premium Saltine crackers for 50 years plus. the same as my Mother before me, but our last purchase from Sam's Club of the 12 pack was the worst quality that we ever received.
The tubes were just above 3/4 full and the crackers were so thin that they were broken into small pieces.
You could not even think about spreading peanut butter on them as they would break in your hand. If this is your new standard of quality, I will be shopping for another brand but I did want to hear from you before I "vented" on social media.

Verified ReviewerNot happy with my package of cookies.
Because I have been receiving packages where the cookies are falling apart - they're broken and are just not right. Furthermore, most of them are missing two to three cookies in each row, which is quite disappointing.
I am a loyal customer; I buy Oreos all the time, at least two to three times a week because I love them. But I am beginning not to want to buy them because of this situation. Hopefully, you'll receive this message and address this problem.
Otherwise, I may have to use my Facebook page to let everyone in my network know about your problematic customer service and flawed products. Thank you.

These crackers are awful now....so hard, thick and cardboard like
Not to mentioned all the little black spots or small pieces of dark particles embedded throughout them. Why does one side appear completely different, same with RITZ.
Cardboard, heavy and flat tasting. Very disturbing and disappointing!
You are right. The ones you get now are awful
Agreed. The first couple times I got the bad tasting crackers, I thought it was a fluke. I will no longer buy these crackers and am looking for a new brand.
If you want $44 worth of crackers return the ones that were bad.
Well now Nabisco Saltines taste good but are so fragile you can't dip them in much of anything without them breaking. A lot of the time MANY are still broken in the "cylinder" before it's opened. Anyone have any alternatives?
Theyve closed factories in america and relocated to mexico recently
YES I agree 100% the quality and taste of theses crackers is nasty! i threw away my last box.
The oyster style premium crackers also have gone to crap .
I'm over wasting my money on this product. the company will un questionably see a major monetary loss.
I want to know what happened to the mini saltines why are they non existent???? I have looked everywhere for them and non to be had.
I know!!! They were my favorite snack, I hope they’re not discontinued
