My last two purchases of these "saltines" were horrible! Thin, very hard and tasteless.
tHE OLD VERSION WERE LIGHT, TOASTED BROWN, AND FLAKY. So something drastic changed in the preparation process, much to the detriment of the product. Why on earth would you change a good recipe and process? I guess to increase profits is the only possible answer.
And why call them "saltines" when there is practically NO salt.
i HAVE HAD TO DAMPEN THE TOPS AND SPRINKLE SALT!! I just switched to the "Publix" brand, much better. And I have been eating Nabisco crackers for over 50 years. Too bad!
I guess the people in charge just do not care about their customers any more?
I see that mine is not the only complaint, so this is not a random happening. GET IT FIXED OR LOSE BUSINESS.
