Nabisco Crackers were burnt
Opened up a pack of Nabisco Crackers. There were crumbled.
Opened up another pack and they were burnt. I have pictures. Package was 21JAN18XKS211. I think you need better quality control.
Maybe move back to Chicago to get a better product. Why do you need 100 words from us to express our concerns. Just look at the pictures. you can tell the difference in the color of the crackers.
Please send me a coupon to replace the poor quality of the product that you have produced. Do you realize your statement from below. It says "I have read and agree to the Pissed Consumer Terms of Service" So, is that what you think of me?

I will gladly take all the burnt ones you can get ahold of. They are my absolute favorite.
I love the burnt ones. You can mail to me COD ;)
The burnt ones are my favorite!
My last several boxes of Stacks have been laden with burnt crackers to various degrees. They also have been virtually devoid of salt, I can no longer purchase these burnt crackers in hopes of getting a unicorn box of pale, thick and delicious saltines. It makes me sad.
Dear fellow brown-cracker haters, I too have noticed the trend toward lightly browned crackers - this seems intentional and may be aimed at the millennial market. The old pale, pasty white saltines can't be beat and are much preferred by many.
I encourage Nabisco and any other cracker sources to wise up and stay with better-tasting traditional white saltines.
Maybe this is a political thing - pasty white men are hated in our society these days, so maybe the iconic pasty white cracker must go too. DL Austin, TX
My Premium Saltines are also burnt. And burnt carbs may be carcinogenic as source of acrylamide. SHAME on you.
I understand many people do not like the burnt taste of crackers. However it is nothing new.
As far back as I can remember they have had packages that have burnt edges.
Those are my favorite. I check the box for them before I open a package.
I got a pack, they were extra yummy!!!
I love saltine crackers with burnt edges! I wish they made them purposely. Thatโs the only way I eat them.
I bought a box of burnt crackers as well. I still ate them, tasted fine in the chilii I use them for - but was disconcerting that they were put out for consumers
I agree with the message above. I have always spent a little extra for your crackers, because I could rely on the quality.
The last 2 boxes of Premium crackers have been overly brittle and almost burned. This is the reason I stayed away from save a lot brand, even though they are cheaper. might as well save the money. again my lose has been 2 boxes, approx..
$6.00. I am not a happy customer.
I also don't expect a company to call me pissed either. I have read and agree to the Pissed Consumer
These are just crackers go buy another box. Maybe try a different brand.
Have you ever thought of taking them back to where you got them? I'll send you some if that would make you happy, I see your address. Try eating something else.
I have offered several solutions, I have a master degree from Conrad Uni in Vermont use one of my solutions please or just move on to other food groups. I know it hurts but try anyway
You know what Jim, if consumers don't express the changes seen in product, the food companies don't know the negative affect on the market. Since i am dealing with a bout of the stomach flu, saltines are the only thing i can keep down and after buying 2 different boxes with different code dates and have them burnt is more than frustrating. These crackers have changed and as a consumer, this is one of our options of expressing our displeasure.
bite me
You need to go back to school, mr. unclear-on-the-concept...also: bite. me.
Jim, would you like to buy my broken headphones? They don't work, but they might drown out the shouts of the people that are kicking your dumb ***
Jim you are rude and obviously not on a fixed budget. Burnt carbs likely carcinogenic.
What has happened to the crackers I've always purchased a meme original crackers Nabisco but every time I purchase a box they're either undercooked are extremely overcooked to the burnt point. Concerned and Confused have chosen days all my life and now they're very poor quality
