Purchased cookie with sticker on front claiming they would be free. After buying them, found out that I needed to have a smart phone in order to reimbursed the $3.99.
I emailed the co. Heard back but they were confused as to what I was asking. So, I called the phone number they gave. I was passed around a couple times, to different reps who had a set rhetoric and was finally told they would send me a coupon for the $3.99, which I could use on a future purchase.
Said I would receive it in 7-10 days. It has been several weeks. I sent them another email , using their contact on their website, a week or so ago, and still no answer.
If this is what happens when companies are outsourced to other countries, COUNT ME OUT FROM PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS! I doubt I will fall for their scam again!
