Where to purchase chocolate graham crackers

Actually NOT a pissed customer... just would like to know if the chocolate graham crackers are still being made? I live in Central Jersey and cannot find the product at any local, large supermarket. Please let us know. Thank you.

Question

My husband loves your Ritz cheddar crackers. They are a main staple in our house and must be loved by many, due to the fact they can be hard to find. We have turned many friends, family and grandkids on to them. However recently when we open a bag they are in many pieces, hardly ever a whole cracker. Are you doing something different to them? We wont stop eating, just curious. Thank you.

Complaint about oreos

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I eat oreos pretty regularly. I love the new flavors, lemon and the dark chocolate. My complaint is this. I bought some original oreos and there was hardly any cream in the middle. Seems unfair to change your product and skimp on a main ingredient that is barely there. I get the inflation stuff, but this is quite disappointing paying almost 4.00 a pack and get crap.

Preferred solution: I would like your company which has a great reputation, to put the cream back into the oreos .

Packaging: The pull back adhesive openers are a joke. These adhesive sheets DO NOT SEAL BACK, and leaves your product to go stale. The folks who designed this either didn't care, or they were ***

This packaging issue causes product to go stale quickly as it DOES NOT RESEAL as advertised. Apparently, this issue was overlooked either on purpose or by poor testing or both. This was an issue for me specifically with recent purchases of Fig Newtons and Oreos, both of which went stale. I guess everything will have to go in a ziploc bags next time, as Nabisco is unable or unwilling to provide effective packaging. This is simply POOR PACKAGING DESIGN, and I'm sure Nabisco knows it. I'd rather have the old packaging where you at least clip off the end to reseal.

Sociable Crackers - the inner bag needs better opening design

Love the cracker - hate the inner bag - it takes super human strength to get the bag open and hopefully not launch the crackers in the process - Perhaps try one of those newly design processes called zip lock..? JJ -

Poor quality

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I want to let you know how dissatisfied I am with the change in your ritz cracker recipe. I cannot even pull the crackers out of the sleeve without them crumbling, much less spread something on them or use them in the lightest of dips! If you cant provide the once great quality I once knew, I will resort to buying another brand.

Nothing as advertised on product.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Wanted to contact the company about the inferior product. I have noticed the past several times I have purchased cinnamon graham crackers the quality of the product has gone down. I thought maybe it was a glitch in the system not putting much cinnamon on them. This last time there was absolutely non on the cracker at all. Nothing, no flavor or aroma whatsoever of cinnamon. Too make it worse ma Isco has no customer service at all there is no way to contact them. They apparently dont care about the customers or their options of the products they put out and for that reason I will avoid their products as much as possible.

Nabisco - Quality control on Ritz Bits
I had a hard time finding Ritz bits with cheese and when I did I was very disappointed. Most of the box was single crackers with only specs of cheese. Not up to Nabisco standards
